Holyrood Arrival is a pioneering single malt born from Edinburgh’s brewing legacy, distilled in 2019 and bottled after three years of careful maturation. This inaugural release showcases a complex spirit, nurtured in a diverse selection of casks – Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry, alongside American Bourbon and Caribbean Rum barrels. The result is a whisky offering a rich tapestry of flavours, hinting at dried fruits, spice, and subtle sweetness. Presented in a uniquely shaped bottle inspired by local glassmaking traditions, Holyrood Arrival embodies a modern spirit rooted in Scottish heritage.
