Kingsbarns 2015 single cask release (70cl, 60.9%)

The conversion of a semi-derelict farm to the Kingsbarns distillery on the east coast of Scotland in 2014 was the idea of local golf caddie, Dreams can come true when persistent. This 3 year old single cask release is proof of the perseverance. The nose on this single cask are vanilla, toffee, grass and coffee, the palate is smooth vanilla, and zesty orange with a short finish, vanilla dominant throughout but also bitter orange peel. A very interesting mix and a festival for the tastebuds. As this is a single cask there are only 256 of these bottles.
