The Laphroaig distillery is an Islay distillery and is well known around the world for its peaty smokey malt whisky. The Triple Wood was originally sold as a travel retail only but due to its unparalleled popularity, Laphroaig decided to make the Triple Wood part of its core range. Once opened the aromas of peat smoke, chocolate, sherry and oak meet your nose, the palate is vanilla, dark chocolate, peat and oak with a long finish of smoke, oak and sherry.
