Distilled in January 1990 at the famed Macallan distillery, this 27-year-old whisky represents a classic Speyside character matured to its peak. Independently bottled in April 2017 by Lady of the Glen, a Scottish bottler dedicated to traditional methods, it showcases the spirit in its natural cask strength form. Initial maturation in bourbon casks imparts vanilla sweetness, beautifully complemented by a finishing period in Oloroso octave casks, adding rich dried fruit and spice notes.
