Containing no less than 128 different grain and malt whiskies the Ultima was released in 1994 to celebrate 500 years of Scotch whisky. Justerini and Brooks. This bottling is now discontinued and made even more sought after due to its growing rarity. The aroma of apple, walnut and oak is said to greet you with opening this bottle, the plate is fruity and treacle and oak with a medium long finish of cinnamon and oak.
