The Singleton of Auchroisk is now discontinued and this is a vintage 1975 Auchroisk with no age statement. A very pungent Caramel smell when opening this bottle followed by milk chocolate, honey, apricots and oak, the palate is slightly soapy, raisins, and chestnuts with a short finish of mint chocolate, caramel and oak.
