Only a limited number of bottles were produced, and they are highly prized by collectors and whisky enthusiasts. The whisky's rich and complex flavour profile and smooth finish make it a great choice for sipping neat or paired with a rich dessert. Once opened the first scent is of apple juice, then oak and caramel, the palate is honey and a distinct nutty flavour, then some dark chocolate and pepper with a medium long finish of honey, pear and pepper.
