Ardbeg – 17 Year Old is a single malt whisky from Ardbeg (Islay). Aged 17 years, bottled at 40.00% ABV, 70cl. A celebration of the Ardbeg 17-year-old release of the late 1990s, the team at Ardbeg recreated the original which was one of the first bottlings to leave the distillery after the reopening in 1997. Matured in ex-bourbon casks, this was released to Ardbeg Committee members in September 2024. A distillery located on the south coast of the Isle of Islay. It is currently part of the Scotch whisky holdings of LVMH. Despite being closed twice in the latter 20th century, the distillery's heavily-peated single malt has always been highly-regarded.
