Ardbeg – Eureka! (70cl, 52.2%)

Ardbeg – Eureka! is a single malt whisky from Ardbeg (Islay). Bottled at 52.2% ABV, 70cl. Matured in bourbon & sherry casks. Celebrating 25 years of the Ardbeg Committee, this is Ardbeg Eureka! It is a combination of spirit matured in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks and roasted malt spirit matured in bourbon casks. It was developed with the help of the Ardbeg Committee themselves, and released in early 2025. A distillery located on the south coast of the Isle of Islay. It is currently part of the Scotch whisky holdings of LVMH. Despite being closed twice in the latter 20th century, the distillery's heavily-peated single malt has always been highly-regarded.
