Ardbeg – Heavy Vapours (70cl, 46.00%)

Ardbeg – Heavy Vapours is a single malt whisky from Ardbeg (Islay). Bottled at 46.00% ABV, 70cl. Titled Heavy Vapours, this Ardbeg Committee bottling was produced without using a purifier in the distillation process and the result is a much more robust flavour profile. This bottle and carton were designed by illustrator, Dilraj Mann, who also created an accompanying graphic novel as part of the Planet Ardbeg Universe series. A distillery located on the south coast of the Isle of Islay. It is currently part of the Scotch whisky holdings of LVMH. Despite being closed twice in the latter 20th century, the distillery's heavily-peated single malt has always been highly-regarded.
