Ardbeg – Perpetuum - Distillery Release is a single malt whisky from Ardbeg (Islay). Bottled at 49.20% ABV, 70cl. Perpetuum was released in 2015 to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the legendary Islay distillery. This high strength version was only available at the distillery to Ardbeg Committee members and is a blend of old and young whisky that had been matured in both bourbon and sherry casks. A distillery located on the south coast of the Isle of Islay. It is currently part of the Scotch whisky holdings of LVMH. Despite being closed twice in the latter 20th century, the distillery's heavily-peated single malt has always been highly-regarded.
