Ardbeg – Scorch (70cl, 46.00%)

Ardbeg – Scorch is a single malt whisky from Ardbeg (Islay). Bottled at 46.00% ABV, 70cl. Matured in heavily charred bourbon casks. Ardbeg Scorch was the 2021 limited edition from the distillery. Released in May 2021, this would have been the tenth edition to celebrate Ardbeg Day at the world famous Fèis Ìle, however as with the previous year, the festivities were cancelled due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. A distillery located on the south coast of the Isle of Islay. It is currently part of the Scotch whisky holdings of LVMH. Despite being closed twice in the latter 20th century, the distillery's heavily-peated single malt has always been highly-regarded.
