Ardbeg – Smokiverse (70cl, 48.30%)

Ardbeg – Smokiverse is a single malt whisky from Ardbeg (Islay). Bottled at 48.30% ABV, 70cl. Matured in bourbon. This is the 2025 Ardbeg Day release, Ardbeg Smokiverse was created by increasing the concentration of the mash. This increases the sugar in the wort, resulting in a higher original gravity. A distillery located on the south coast of the Isle of Islay. It is currently part of the Scotch whisky holdings of LVMH. Despite being closed twice in the latter 20th century, the distillery's heavily-peated single malt has always been highly-regarded.
