Ardbeg – Supernova (70cl, 58.90%)

Ardbeg – Supernova is a single malt whisky from Ardbeg (Islay). Bottled at 58.90% ABV, 70cl. Released in 2009 to members of the Ardbeg Committee, this original Ardbeg Supernova was peated in excess of 100ppm. A distillery located on the south coast of the Isle of Islay. It is currently part of the Scotch whisky holdings of LVMH. Despite being closed twice in the latter 20th century, the distillery's heavily-peated single malt has always been highly-regarded.
