Ardbeg – Traigh Bhan 19 Year Old Batch No.TB/01 is a single malt whisky from Ardbeg (Islay). Aged 19 years, bottled at 46.2% ABV, 70cl. Matured in american oak & oloroso sherry casks. Named after Islay’s Traigh Bhan beach, this whisky was released in limited batches and produced on an annual basis. Each batch will feature a unique code on the carton and bottle which drinkers can enter into the distillery’s website to find out about that particular batch. This first batch release was aged in a combination of American oak and oloroso sherry casks. The youngest single malt in the vatting was distilled on 15th March 2000. Batch No: TB/01-15.03.00/19.MH A distillery located on the south coast of the Isle of Islay. It is currently part of the Scotch whisky holdings of LVMH. Despite being closed twice in the latter 20th century, the distillery's heavily-peated single malt has always been highly-regarded.
