Benriach – Cask Strength Batch 2 (70cl, 60.60%)

Benriach – Cask Strength Batch 2 is a single malt whisky from Benriach (Speyside). Bottled at 60.60% ABV, 70cl. Matured in bourbon, oloroso sherry & virgin oak casks. The second batch of cask strength Benriach was vatted from bourbon, oloroso sherry and virgin oak casks. Originally bottled in 2017, another round of bottles was also released in 2019. A Speyside distillery that makes a range of different single malt styles. It primary make is a non-peated spirit, however it also does runs of peated and triple-distilled spirit and is one of only a handful of distilleries in Scotland to still operate its own in-house floor maltings.
