Benromach – 2000 Origins Batch 3 Optic Barley is a single malt whisky from Benromach (Speyside). Bottled at 50.00% ABV, 70cl. Matured in sherry casks. A malt distillery in the Speyside region of Scotland and is owned and operated by Speymalt Whisky Distributors (aka Gordon & MacPhail). The company acquired it from United Distillers in 1993 and launched its now highly-regarded single malt brand shortly afterwards.
