Bivrost Asgard - Wooden Box is a single malt whisky from Aurora Spirit (Norway). Bottled at 46.00% ABV, 50cl. Matured in muscat casks finish. Titled Asgard, this fifth Bivrost single malt release is comprised of whisky distilled in 2017 and 2018 that has matured predominantly in bourbon quarter casks and barrels from Heaven Hill, before a finishing period in Muscat casks. The world's most northerly whisky producer, located far within the Arctic Circle near the town of Lyngseidet in Norway. Established in 2013, it was built within a disused NATO Cold War base, and the maturation of its whisky takes place within its network of underground tunnels.
