Bowmore – 10 Year Old Inspired by the Devil's Casks Series Litre is a single malt whisky from Bowmore (Islay). Aged 10 years, bottled at 46% ABV, 100cl. Matured in oloroso sherry & wine casks.
A travel retail exclusive launched in 2016, this was inspired by the Devil's Casks bottlings released by the distillery between 2013 and 2015. Aged 10 years, this is a marriage of single malt matured in oloroso sherry and wine casks.
The oldest operational distillery on the isle of Islay, built in 1779. Today it is part of the Suntory Group, having been acquired by the Japanese company in 1994. Under their ownership is has been nurtured into one of the most collectable names in Scotch whisky.
