Bowmore – 2004 SMWS 16 Year Old 3.320 - Smoky white wine Sangria is a single malt whisky from Bowmore (Islay). Aged 16 years, bottled at 56.9% ABV, 70cl. Matured in second-fill bourbon barrel.
The oldest operational distillery on the isle of Islay, built in 1779. Today it is part of the Suntory Group, having been acquired by the Japanese company in 1994. Under their ownership is has been nurtured into one of the most collectable names in Scotch whisky.
