Bowmore – 30 Year Old is a single malt whisky from Bowmore (Islay). Aged 30 years, bottled at 45.90% ABV, 70cl. Matured in bourbon & sherry casks.
This annual release 30-year-old was introduced in 2020 and were the first age statements of their kind to feature in the Bowmore core range since the sought-after "Sea Dragon" decanters of the 1990s.
The oldest operational distillery on the isle of Islay, built in 1779. Today it is part of the Suntory Group, having been acquired by the Japanese company in 1994. Under their ownership is has been nurtured into one of the most collectable names in Scotch whisky.
