Braes of Glenlivet – 25 Year Old Rare Release is a whisky from Braes of Glenlivet (Speyside). Aged 25 years, bottled at 48% ABV, 70cl. Founded in 1973, during its short lifetime, Braeval has seen its name change from the Braes of Glenlivet, it’s had three extra stills added and spent 6 years being mothballed. There are only a few official bottlings from the distillery and it rarely crops up in independent bottlers’ portfolios either. Fully automatic, the distillery can be operated by one person but it is still capable of producing 4 million litres of spirit a year. Since 2017 when the owners Chivas Brothers finally bottled some, we are now able to buy a Braeval single malt! Please note minor creasing to carton
