Caperdonich – 1995 The Un-Chillfiltered Collection 21 Year Old is a single malt whisky from Caperdonich (Speyside). Aged 21 years, bottled at 55.20% ABV, 70cl. Matured in refill sherry hogshead.
A Speyside distillery originally built as an expansion for Glen Grant and known for many years simply as Glen Grant No.2. Despite obtaining its own identity in 1965, it was mostly operated for the provision of malt to blended Scotch brands and was eventually closed by Pernod Ricard in 2002.
