Chichibu – Ichiro's Malt On The Way is a single malt whisky from Chichibu (Japan). Bottled at 51.50% ABV, 70cl. Matured in bourbon & sherry casks. A single malt whisky distillery in Japan, located within the city of the same name in the Saitama Prefecture. It was established in 2008 by Ichiro Akuto and significantly expanded in 2019 with the opening of a second distillery called Chichibu 2.
