Daftmill Farmhouse Distillery’s Winter Batch Release is a light Lowland whisky distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2023. Matured in first-fill bourbon casks, this expression offers a refined and subtle character. The nose presents a delicate balance of vanilla and oak, while the palate unfolds with a smooth, velvety texture and hints of citrus. With only 6550 bottles released, each bottle is carefully hand-numbered for authenticity.
