Dallas Dhu – 1979 is a single malt whisky from Dallas Dhu (Speyside). Bottled at 40.00% ABV, 70cl. A former malt distillery in the Speyside region of Scotland. Primarily tasked with providing fillings for blends, its single malt is something of a rarity and it was closed in the 1980s. It was run as a museum until 2024 until acquired by Aceo in 2024.
