Findlater’s 15 Year Old (75cl, 43%)

Founded by Alexander Findlater in the early part of the 1800s. Alexander was a prominent wine and spirits merchant from Dublin, Ireland. Over the years Findlater’s grew and fell in popularity until finally in the 1980s Findlater’s ceased being blended and distributed together. With this 15 year old opened the aromas of sherry, cinnamon, vanilla and ginger reach your nose, the palate is of ginger, clove, pepper and cinnamon with a medium long finish of vanilla, pepper and oak.
