Glen Grant – The Major's Reserve is a single malt whisky from Glen Grant (Speyside). Bottled at 40% ABV, 70cl. Glen Grant Distillery was established in Rothes, Speyside, in 1840 by brothers John and James Grant. It is one of the oldest and most historically significant distilleries in the region, known for its tall, slender stills fitted with purifiers, which are credited with shaping the distillery's characteristic light spirit style. Glen Grant is currently owned by the Campari Group. The Major's Reserve is the distillery's entry-level, no age statement expression, distilled, matured and bottled at Glen Grant Distillery Company, Rothes, Scotland. The bottling takes its name from Major James Grant, who succeeded his father and played a central role in developing the distillery's reputation.
