Glenallachie – Future Edition 4 Year Old - Billy Walker 50th Anniversary is a single malt whisky from Glenallachie (Speyside). Aged 4 years, bottled at 60.20% ABV, 70cl. Matured in bourbon & rye whiskey casks. Released in September 2022, this is the third and final edition in the Past, Present and Future series which commemorated Billy Walker's 50th year in the Scotch whisky industry. This young whisky has been produced from Speyside peated barley from St Fergus, Buchan. The maturation is made-up of a combination of bourbon and rye casks. A Speyside malt distillery located in the town after which it is named. It was built in 1967 by Mackinlay-McPherson and was traded around several notable distilling companies before being sold to Billy Walker in 2017. Under current ownership, its single malt has emerged as well-respected brand.
