Glenfarclas – 2002 9 Year Old is a single malt whisky from Glenfarclas (Speyside). Aged 9 years, bottled at 56.10% ABV, 70cl. Matured in 1st-fill Oloroso.
Considered among the finest of the Speyside malt distilleries and one of the few of its age to still be family-owned. J&G Grant became its sole shareholders in 1898 and continue to run it in a traditional manner, notably using direct-fired stills to create a rich, weighty spirit.
