Glenfiddich is one of the world's most recognised single malt distilleries, founded in 1887 by William Grant in Dufftown, Banffshire, in the heart of Speyside. It remains family-owned by William Grant & Sons and is notable for being one of the few distilleries to distil, mature and bottle its whisky entirely on site.
