Glenfiddich Cask of Dreams -2012 Nordic Oak Edition (70cl, 48.8%)

The Glenfiddich Cask of Dreams is a limited edition series of expressions with just a few thousand of each. Meticulously selected casks married into very unique single malts. This is the Nordic Oak 2012 edition recommended with a dab of water which in this case brings out more of the vanilla and fruit sweetness. The aromas start slow with an undertone of vanilla on oak and floral, the palate is filled with vanilla and icing sugar and pears, oranges, caramelised ginger oak and pepper which increases with a medium finish and still the sweet vanilla and some orange. So complex and delightful.
