Hakushu – Peated Malt 18 Year Old - 100th Anniversary of Suntory Whisky is a single malt whisky from Hakushu (Japan). Aged 18 years, bottled at 48.00% ABV, 70cl. This Peated Malt limited edition from Hakushu has been aged for 18 years before release in 2023 to mark the 100th anniversayr of Suntory Whisky. The second malt distillery to be built in Japan by Suntory, it was opened in 1973. The original facility was replaced by a new one in 1981 and it has the ability to produce a range of different spirit styles. The Hakushu single malt brand tends to showcase its peated production however.
