Hibiki – Blender's Choice is a blended whisky from Hibiki (Japan). Bottled at 43.00% ABV, 70cl.
Introduced in September 2018, this non-age statement whisky reportedly has an average age of 15 and has seen a percentage of the liquid aged in wine casks.
A blend of over ten malts and grains, first released by Suntory in 1989. The recipe features whiskies from Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita, all aged in five types of cask. The the bottle famously always has 24 facets representing the 24 seasons of the Japanese lunar calendar.
