Hibiki – Suntory Whisky is a blended whisky from Hibiki (Japan). Bottled at 43.00% ABV, 75cl. Originally released in 1989 to commemorate the 90th anniversary of Suntory, this is the first iteration of the famous Hibiki blend. It was bottled without an age statement (although believed to be around 17-years-old) with these gold caps until 1994. A blend of over ten malts and grains, first released by Suntory in 1989. The recipe features whiskies from Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita, all aged in five types of cask. The the bottle famously always has 24 facets representing the 24 seasons of the Japanese lunar calendar. Condition: Label: age-related yellowing and soiling to front label.
