A distillery single cask release—natural colour, non-chill filtered— limited to 251 bottles . Classic Orkney character: heather-honey, citrus and barley sweetness over gentle maritime peat and a long, mineral finish. A clean bourbon-cask style HP for collectors and purists alike.
