Isle of Skye - 8 Year Old is a blended whisky. Aged 8 years, bottled at 40% ABV, 70cl. Isle of Skye is a blended Scotch whisky produced by Ian Macleod Distillers, an independent, family-owned company based in Edinburgh. The blend takes its name from the most celebrated of Scotland's Inner Hebridean islands and draws on a recipe containing a high proportion of Island and Speyside malt whiskies. This is the 8 Year Old expression, bottled at 40% ABV. Every component whisky in the blend has been mellowed in oak casks for a minimum of eight years.
