Macallan – 25 Year Old - Sherry Oak - 2022 is a single malt whisky from Macallan (Speyside). Aged 25 years, bottled at 43% ABV, 70cl. Finished in sherry Oak. The Macallan 25 Year Old Sherry Oak 2022 release is part of Macallan's super popular Sherry Oak range. This 25 year old has been matured exclusively in hand-picked, sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez, Spain. An interesting fact about The Macallan's curiously small spirit stills is that they are the smallest in Speyside. They have this unique size and shape to give the spirit maximum surface area contact with the copper. This, in turn, helps to concentrate on the 'new make' spirit. It will provide the viscosity and rich, fruity, full-bodied flavours so characteristic of The Macallan. PLEASE NOTE: The wax rosette on these bottles are fragile by age/design and as such are not insured in transit. Therefore, as stated in our T&C's, we do not and will not accept liability should the rosette be breached, broken, split or cracked in transit.
