Macallan – Distil Your World - The Mexico Edition is a single malt whisky from Macallan (Speyside). Bottled at 48% ABV, 70cl.
Distil Your World Mexico captures the people and traditions of this land through a journey in aroma and flavour. A complex spirit that pays homage to the spectacle of Mexico.
This limited-edition release has been produced by Macallan Whisky Maker Steven Bremner alongside the Roca brothers of the world-famous restaurant El Celler de Can Roca of Girona, Spain.
Matured in a combination of meticulously selected oak casks, this whisky is inspired by the unforgettable Mexican celebration of life known as the Day of the Dead festival and defines the character and spirit of this vibrant tradition. This celebration is an annual holiday, where people come together to commemorate loved ones who are no longer with us.
