Macallan – Litha is a single malt whisky from Macallan (Speyside). Bottled at 40.00% ABV, 70cl. Matured in first-fill sherry casks. Named after the solstice, referred to by the ancient Celts as Litha, this release has been matured exclusively in first-fill sherry-seasoned oak casks. The packaging features illustrations by award-winning US-based Chinese illustrator, Sija Hong. Crown jewel of the Edrington Group and one of the best-known names in single malt Scotch, made famous by the legendary status of much of the whisky it has produced over the years, including its Fine & Rare series, Anniversary malts and flagship annual 18-year-old release.
