Macallan – Re-Awakening 12 Year Old is a single malt whisky from Macallan (Speyside). Aged 12 years, bottled at 43.00% ABV, 70cl. This is a very limited bottling of Macallan, bottled on the 1st September 2008 to commemorate the recommissioning of stills which had lain silent for 20 years. Crown jewel of the Edrington Group and one of the best-known names in single malt Scotch, made famous by the legendary status of much of the whisky it has produced over the years, including its Fine & Rare series, Anniversary malts and flagship annual 18-year-old release.
