Crafted to commemorate the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton, The Macallan Royal Marriage is a unique blend of whiskies laid down in 1996 and 1999 – both casks filled on the couple’s wedding day, April 29th. This special release echoes a tradition begun with a similar bottling for Prince Charles and Lady Diana Spencer in 1981. Bottled at 46.8% ABV, this Macallan presents a rich and complex character, hinting at dried fruits and spice developed over its years of maturation in Speyside. The presentation, designed by David Holmes – creator of the original 1981 Royal Marriage bottle – reflects the elegance and significance of the occasion.
