Macallan – The Harmony Collection - Fine Cacao is a single malt whisky from Macallan (Speyside). Bottled at 40% ABV, 70cl. The Macallan Harmony Collection is a limited annual release, that explores Macallan's journey of packaging. Fusing innovative techniques with raw materials from nature to create organic, sustainable packaging fit for the future. Harmony I - Celebrating the World of Chocolate This release is part of The Harmony Collection and is a collaboration with pastry chef, Jordi Roca. Maturation took place in sherry-seasoned American and European oak casks and was bottled at a 40% ABV. PLEASE NOTE: the inside of the box lid may be stained from the top of the bottle cap rubbing against it.
