Fusing innovative techniques with raw materials from nature to create organic, sustainable packaging fit for the future. Harmony I - Celebrating the World of Chocolate Rich Cacao (75cl): This release is part of The Harmony Collection and is a collaboration with pastry chef, Jordi Roca. Maturation took place in sherry-seasoned American and European oak casks and was bottled at a 44% ABV. Fine Cacao: This release is part of The Harmony Collection and is a collaboration with pastry chef, Jordi Roca. Maturation took place in sherry seasoned American and European oak casks and was bottled at a 40% ABV. Harmony II - Celebrating the World of Coffee Intense Arabica: This release is part of The Harmony Collection and is a collaboration with inspiring coffee masters from the world of coffee. Maturation took place in sherry-seasoned American and European oak casks and was bottled at a 44% ABV. Smooth Arabica: This release is part of The Harmony Collection and is a collaboration with inspiring coffee masters from the world of coffee. Maturation took place in sherry-seasoned oak casks and was bottled at a 40% ABV. Smooth Arabica was created by The Macallan Whisky Maker Steven Bremner. Harmony III - Celebrating lands of Scotland Amber Meadow: In collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney, this innovative packaging gives new life to discarded meadow cuttings. The photography featured on the box was taken by Mary McCartney. Maturation took place in sherry-seasoned oak and bourbon casks and was bottled at a 44.2% ABV to complement the warm, summer evening notes. Green Meadow: In collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney, this innovative packaging gives new life to discarded meadow cuttings. The photography featured on the box was taken by Mary McCartney. This limited-edition expression was crafted in collaboration with JING Tea, curators of some of the world's most distinctive and fine single garden teas. Maturation took place in sherry-seasoned European and American casks, and the spirit was bottled at 44.9% ABV.
