Macallan – x Stella & Mary McCartney The Harmony Collection - Amber Meadow is a single malt whisky from Macallan (Speyside). Bottled at 44.20% ABV, 70cl. Matured in bourbon & sherry casks. Released in October 2023 as part of the third edition in the annual The Harmony Collection, Amber Meadow is one of two whiskies (the other being Green Meadow) produced in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney. Designed by whisky maker Steven Bremner, the inspiration for the flavour profile came from the McCartneys’ shared memories of the Scottish countryside. Crown jewel of the Edrington Group and one of the best-known names in single malt Scotch, made famous by the legendary status of much of the whisky it has produced over the years, including its Fine & Rare series, Anniversary malts and flagship annual 18-year-old release.
