This whiskey is aged somewhere between 12 and 25 years and matured solely in bourbon casks. Each bottle is individually numbered and carries the signature of the Master Distiller.
A powerhouse Irish whiskey distillery located in the town after which it is named in Co. Cork. It was built in 1975 by Irish Distillers in order to centralise production of its brand portfolio and today is home to names like Jameson, Redbreast and Method & Madness.
