The Pinwinnie has long been a discontinued blend which is quite a mystery as it was a popular choice in the 60s and 70s. Set up in 1964 by Inver House Distillers and bottled by hand in Airdrie.
The aromas of dry leaves and old books with an undertone of oak, and the palate is soft with black tea, raisins and fermented berries with a short finish of oak, raisins and tea leaves.
