Rosebank – 1979 Rare Malts Selection 20 Year Old is a single malt whisky from Rosebank (Lowland). Aged 20 years, bottled at 60.30% ABV, 70cl. This 1979 vintage Rosebank was the second of four single malts from the distillery to be included in the Rare Malts Selection range. An iconic Lowland malt whisky distillery that is currently owned and operated by Ian Macleod Distillers. It developed a cult status among connoisseurs following the unpopular decision by United Distillers to close it in 1993, laying dormant for over three decades before resuming production in 2023.
