Rosebank – 31 Year Old Release 2 is a single malt whisky from Rosebank (Lowland). Aged 31 years, bottled at 48.10% ABV, 70cl. An iconic Lowland malt whisky distillery that is currently owned and operated by Ian Macleod Distillers. It developed a cult status among connoisseurs following the unpopular decision by United Distillers to close it in 1993, laying dormant for over three decades before resuming production in 2023.
