A Japanese single malt whisky distillery established in 2016 and the brainchild of Gaiaflow Co founder, Taiko Nakamura. It is a notable producer in that in addition to its two Scottish-made pot stills, it also operates one of the stills from the legendary Karuizawa distillery.
